Being sick is a natural process of life, no big deal. But nothing compares to people who truly care about your well being when you're sick. I wondered why it means so much to me when people take care of me when I'm sick. Then I got to thinking, I really think physical ailments are products of other subconscious parts of you. If you're body is sick, the rest of you probably isn't doing well either. And when you're sick your physical defense mechanisms break down. So when someone tends to you, I really think you're gaining such pure nourishment, physically and emotionally. And even if it's a small gesture, it goes a long way. And I think that's why it feels so good.
