A crisis tends to come at the most inopportune moment. But, it is one of the few things in the world which has the capacity to bring people together. It can bring out people's true compassion. And although it may not always be the most beautiful of moments, in retrospect, I've seen some of the most memorable and cherished bonds formed within these times. Because they are the types of moments that tear down any egos that may limit connections people might make with each other. And of course we all wish these things never happen, but at the same time, as long as they're not entirely catastrophic, they are cracks in your life that let you connect with another person. And for that they are true blessings.
