When things happen that you've been anticipating for a while it's really hard to hold in a smile. Someone once told me that "you'll drive where you're looking" and I truly believe this. Life is based on a mix of choices and granted opportunities. So as long as you're looking toward where you want to go, the things your heart truly desires will eventually come to you. These things can be as small as catching a glimpse of a natural phenomena like a shooting star or a long awaited kiss, and as big as finding the job you love, meeting the right person, or meeting a long lost family member. All of these are genuinely founded desires, but require certain 'lining of the stars' so to speak. And when this happens its such a special moment, because it creates a feeling of harmony. Things finally click, your life choices and the workings of the universe. And because these moments happen so rarely they something definitely to be thankful for!
