Day 256 - a long overdue night with a friend

I had a long overdue date with a good friend of mine tonight. You know, its funny how much repair an evening with a good friend can do for yourself and for the friendship. I had been feeling pretty uninvolved in her life as of late and was slightly worried our friendship was loosing steam. After a nice evening together, and all the appropriate girls night ingredients, every stupid little worry of mine deminished. I felt great about our friendship and it brought us closer together, or reminded us of the impact and importance we have in each others lives. One night, its funny how we often complain that there's no time for anything in this world, yet friendships, relationships, lives are often salvaged in the most insignificant amount of time. Something to think about.
